It all started when...

I started my consulting career for the same reason an oyster makes a pearl - out of sheer irritation.

Whether delivered via an annoyed “oh, come on”, an ironically questioning "really?!" or a more muted "that can't be right", I'm sure you too have experienced the frustration of work.  I'm sure you too have thought that there must be a better way to lead, work in or trade with our organisations.  I'm sure you too still carry that hope that things can be better. That it doesn't have to be that way. That you, your teams and customers deserve better. 

For over 20 years, I have been on a quest, across the globe and sectors to help leaders and their teams build that better way. 

Whether through researching and writing, consulting with clients or sharing ideas on stage, it is that search for a better way that has helped me deliver results for some of the most inquisitive, talented and demanding people in the world.
